At ASSUKKAR. S. A. we produce and market integral products derived from sugar cane, for the national and international market.

*Ensuring committed and trained personnel in each of the processes controlled by the HACCP-HARCP plan in accordance with the FDA FSSC 22000-FSMA guidelines, documented in the SIGA procedures.
*Maintaining efficient communication with our clients, staff, suppliers, authorities and all interested parties linked to our activity.
*Establishing objectives with measurable goals through management indicators, monitoring, analysis and verification of the same to ensure continuous improvement of the processes.
*Reducing product waste, through the implementation of sustainable management practices and continuous monitoring of processes. This includes training staff in the correct handling of food, improving storage techniques and optimizing production, thus ensuring food safety and compliance with established quality standards.”
